Permitted Use and Restrictions
This website is constructed exclusively to catalog our high-performance golf coaching programs, display media records, and receive consultation applications. Under these terms, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Using scrapers, spiders, or robotic algorithms to extract golf coaching content or media files.
- Staging denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or introducing malicious scripts into our servers.
- Using booking contact portals to distribute unsolicited promotional material or spam.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on this website—including golf instructional texts, technical swing videos, custom photography, PGA training materials, layout mockups, logos, stylesheets, and custom code—are owned exclusively by Sebastián García Grout and are protected under Spanish and international intellectual property laws. No brand motifs, circular cutouts, or content segments may be copied without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
High-performance golf coaching requires mutual commitment, continuous practice, and individual physical adaptability. While Sebastián is a historic World Record 58 Round holder, our training courses are provided "as is". SGG does not guarantee specific golf handicap lowerings, professional tour wins, or score card reductions. Past coaching successes do not guarantee future performance results.
Limitation of Liability
Under no legal theory shall Sebastián García Grout or SGG associates be liable for personal injuries sustained during swing practices, property damage at Mallorca partner clubs, or cancellation of bookings due to bad weather, tournament overrides, or resort management decisions. Your participation in our outdoor physical training programs is at your sole risk.
Termination clauses
We reserve the unilateral right to deny consultation bookings, cancel active program enrollments, or block access to our booking portals for users who violate these Terms of Service, engage in offensive conduct at partner golf courses, or fail to complete program payments.
Governing Law & Dispute Venue
These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of Spain. Any litigation, contractual dispute, or claim arising from these terms shall be settled in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
